Which you use is your preference. The questions are the same in each case.

How has family law changed your life? Did you have any health problems as a result of your court case?
We’re not just being nosey! By building up a picture of the long term effects on participants we gain an advantage in negotiations.
For example, we might find the average father loses one hundred days off work as a result of a contact dispute. This information would help us build a case for reform (as previously this hidden cost is unknown).
